This seminar aims to provide healthcare regulators with an opportunity to engage with those who represent the interest of clients regulated in the healthcare system.
The regulation of healthcare is in the public interest with the publication of the 2nd Scally Report and the awaited Report of Mr Justice Charles Meenan. This panel-based seminar will focus on changes and developments in the healthcare sector and best practice in compliance with the healthcare regulatory system.
The event will involve an interactive panel discussion – panel members will include various healthcare regulators, Panel members will discuss developments in the sector/provide guidance on best practice/share their experiences of engagement with the healthcare regulators with the ultimate aim being to open up discussion among the panelists and delegates on an informal basis.
The event will appeal to solicitors/barristers who represent clients regulated in the sector, healthcare professionals and regulators and academics.
