Litigating in 2021 – The Annual Litigation Seminar – 4 November

Topics at the annual litigation seminar include the new PI Guidelines for practitioners, update on remote hearings, S150 letters and costs – litigation matters, keeping your practice thriving and healthy in a pandemic and data protection for litigators.

This annual conference is designed in collaboration with members of the Law Society’s Litigation Committee. The aim of the seminar is to provide litigation practitioners with an overview of recent and on-going developments in litigation practice from a practical perspective.
