New Section 150 Costs Seminar and Workshops – 22 September – LIMITED PLACES
Relevant to all practitioners this seminar and workshop will provide practical expert guidance on how to use the new Law Society S.150 template pack.
This will be achieved through the delivery of expert lecture guidance and learning-by-doing workshops where delegates will have an opportunity to work with the templates in their particular field of practice.
Delegates will be asked to select ONE workshop choice that corresponds to their practice area of relevance. The workshop options are:
•Personal injuries litigation
•Commercial practice (non-litigation)
•Commercial practice (litigation)
•Family law litigation
•Property transactions practice scenarios.
Members of the Law Society Legal Costs Task Force will facilitate the workshop sessions. 

Speakers include: Paul Keane, Managing Partner and Head of Business Law Department at Reddy Charlton; Dublin, Keith Walsh SC, Principal, Keith Walsh Solicitors, Dublin and Liam Kennedy SC, Former Chair Litigation Committee, CEDR Accredited Mediator, Partner A&L Goodbody, Dublin.
