Criminal Law practitioners – join us for the online Annual Criminal Law Update on 4 March 2021
The Criminal Law Committee in partnership with Law Society Professional Training will hold the Annual Criminal Law Update on 4 March via Online Webinar. This webinar will include a Live Q&A session and will focus on The O’Malley Report – recommendations and implementation, The Right to Silence and Dealing with Vulnerable Witnesses in Court.
Speakers confirmed to date are Noeline Blackwell, CEO, Dublin Rape Crisis Centre and Dr Yvonne Daly, Associate Professor in Law, DCU and Fiona Donnelly, Solicitor, Senior Lecturer, QUB
