New Probate and Revenue Forms – online seminar
This 2 hour seminar, presented by the Probate, Administration and Trusts Committee in partnership with Law Society Professional Training, will provide a practice & procedure update with a focus on the new Probate and Revenue forms.
Mark Bradshaw, National CAT Unit, Revenue, Dublin
Mark Bradshaw has worked in various roles within the Revenue Commissioners since 2008. He is the manager of the National Capital Acquisitions Tax Unit in Personal Division and led the development of the Statement of Affairs (Probate) Form SA.2 for Revenue.
Anne Stephenson, Stephenson Burns Solicitors.
Anne is a member of STEP, the Probate Committee of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association, the Probate Administration and Trusts Committee of the Law Society of Ireland, and the Probate Liaison Committee. Anne has practised and taught law for more than 25 years. Anne lectures and tutors on the Law Society’s PPCI. Anne is a co-founder and vice president of Solicitors for the Elderly Ireland and is a co-author of three Oxford University Press books. In her practice, Anne has been retained by major financial institutions, private clients, and other professional legal and financial firms both within Ireland and overseas to provide advice and services in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Capital Taxes, Estate Planning, Probate, and the Administration of Estates.
