Employment Law update – online conference 26 November
The Employment & Equality Law Committee in collaboration with Law Society Professional Training will host the Employment Law Update 2020 online on 26 November with live question and answers and panel discussion.
The objective of this online seminar is to provide practitioners with an update on recent changes to areas of employment law, practice and procedure and other relevant topics including Redundancies and a mindful approach to organizational management. 
This year’s seminar will include a live panel discussion on remote working and the employment law and practice implications. Panellists will include Alan Haugh, Deputy Chairperson, Labour Court and Elaine Bowers, Occupational Health & Safety Executive, IBEC, Barry Walsh, Partner, Fieldfisher, Dublin, and Karen Killalea, Partner, Maples & Calder, Dublin. Speakers include: Anne O’Connell, Principal, Anne O’Connell Solicitors, Dublin and Fiona McKeever, Executive Coach, Dublin.
This seminar will include a Live Online Questions & Answer session for delegates.
