This annual conference is designed in collaboration with members of the Law Society’s Litigation Committee. The seminar will deal with topical issues of concern and interest including recent development in the Courts, Costs and Statute of Limitations. The aim of the seminar is to provide litigation practitioners with an overview of recent and on-going developments in litigation practice from a practical perspective.   

Topics and issues to be covered, recent developments in The Statute of Limitations, costs adjudication andThe Legal Services Regulatory Authority, proposals to cost reform, litigation in lockdown, and recent and continuing developments in the courts.  Speakers confirmed to date are Liam Kennedy, Partner, A&L Goodbody, Dublin and Joe O’Malley, Partner, Hayes Solicitors, Dublin.
