This annual conference is designed in collaboration with members of the Law Society’s Litigation Committee. The aim of the seminar is to provide litigation practitioners with an overview of recent and on-going developments in litigation practice from a practical perspective. 

 

This year’s seminar will include a panel discussion on recent and continuing developments in the courts with esteemed panellists The Hon. Ms. Justice Mary C. Irvine, President of the High Court, The Hon. Mr. Justice David Barniville and Angela Denning, CEO, Courts Services. The discussion will be chaired by Liam Kennedy, Partner, A&L Goodbody, Dublin and delegates are welcomed to raise questions with the panel.

 

Other topics and issues to be covered include recent developments in Statute of Limitations, proposals for costs reform and litigation in lockdown.
