Employment Law Update 2021 – 11 November

This year’s Employment Law Committee Conference to be held on 11 November will include a case law and legislation update together with a panel discussion dealing with issues of concern in practice.

The Panel will discuss employment law obligations vis a vis a more permanent working from home status, managing the new type of WRC and Labour Court hearings together with the updated rules and an update on Covid-19 employment law Issues including how the PUP payments are being treated in relation to unfair dismissal and payment of wages awards.
