The Older Client: the Role of the Solicitor in Resolving Conflict – 30 June

Join this live 2 hour webinar, presented by the Solicitors for the Elderly in partnership with Law Society Professional Training, on resolving conflict and the older client.

 

This seminar will focus on resolving disputes/conflict and complaints of relevance to practitioners acting for the older client. The event will include a panel discussion with expert speakers available to deal with questions and offer practical advice.Topics and issues to be covered include the LSRA - complaints relating to probate and wills and funeral disputes and inter-family conflict.
 
Speakers include Dr. Brian J. Doherty, CEO, Legal Services Regulatory Authority and Professor Heather Conway, Queen’s University, Belfast.
