Popular Diploma in Commercial Property returns this Autumn
In response to renewed levels of activity in the property market, the Diploma Centre will offer the Diploma in Commercial Property as part of the autumn 2021 programme. 
 
Commencing on 2 November 2021 this course has been designed to expose practitioners to the full spectrum of commercial property transactions and land development issues. Financing and investing in commercial property will also be addressed and those attending will also undertake a comprehensive study of all elements of commercial leases.
 
Supporting the lecture content are three practical and interactive workshops, which will provide an opportunity to engage with topics and problem scenarios faced in practice. This diploma is open to solicitors and trainee solicitors who have passed the PPC1 only.

6: Dealing with Distressed Sales
