BrexED Talks - the post Brexit landscape
Law Society Finuas Skillnet in partnership with Law Society Committees has designed a suite of online lectures and resources to prepare solicitors for the post Brexit landscape. These invaluable knowledge resources will be hosted on a new learning management hub called BrexED Talks.

The primary objective of BrexED Talks is to equip solicitors with the knowledge and skills to navigate the post Brexit landscape.

This will be achieved through a series of inspiring talks from legal and political experts delivering a comprehensive analysis of the relevant changes for legal practice and law.

These include an overall assessment of what Brexit will mean for legal practitioners, changes in criminal law, family and child law and in-house practice. Sessions available now include:

Session 1Criminal Law – A Panel Discussion on the Impact of Brexit

Session 2Preparing for Brexit – an In-House Legal Perspective

Session 3EU Committee – What the UK’s Withdrawal from the EU Might Mean for Irish Practitioners

Session 4Family and Child Law – The Brexit Divorce and its Impact for Family and Child Law Cases
